If you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, and message are used to reply to you. If you choose to provide a phone number, we use it to call or text you back. Our spam filter also records your IP address and how long the form was open before you submitted it — that is how we tell a person from a bot. All of this lands in the email we receive. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell it, and we don't pass it to anyone else.
If you click our email address directly (rather than the form), we note that distinction for internal conversion tracking only. No additional data is collected.
If you accept cookies: anonymous analytics about how you used this page (see below). If you decline, we collect none of it and the site works exactly the same.
Declining cookies doesn't affect the contact form. They are entirely separate: the cookie question is about browsing analytics, and the form is you choosing to send us a message.
